I show 1 set for each here and do the rest off video so that these clips aren't too long lolz. The exercises are Good Mornings, Squats, and Swings all done with the kettlebell. This reminds me of when I had gym class for spring of last year. Covid happened and we had to do our exercises at home, record them, and submit them in as assignments. It felt really weird to do because it was a male gym coach watching all the videos and pictures to give us our grade O.o Now, I'm doing the same in showing you guys lmao. But it did help with accountability, and at least here I can be comfy in underwear or nakey hehe.
