I show what each stretch is called in the clips and how they look before performing them. Depending on the type of stretches you do, they are either done in reps or timed. I did 3 timed ones: Pretzel Stretch for 30 seconds each side, Figure Four Stretch 30 seconds each leg, and Straddle (which I thought was just splits lols) for 30 seconds. You can do them longer if you like or shorter based on how comfortable you are, how many reps you want to do, and what fitness goals you have. What'd you think about today's exercises and stretches?
