I usually take this day off from most social medias as well. This is to help me relax and reflect. *I also secretly use this day to catch up on offline work like editing and planning for the week lolz.* But I do try to take my day off as a way to relieve any stress, and honestly, it's been helping me a lot in so many ways and I am grateful to you guys for encouraging and supporting it. If you haven't yet, try taking a social media detox day with me tomorrow and let me know how you felt about it the next day~ I'll be back to posting and messaging peeps on Tuesday!
