

Heyoo it's Workout Wednesday!! I'm doing some leg exercises then leg stretches. I went to the gym yesterday to work on my arms, and I could not stay there for long. First, I woke up late around noon, I hadn't eaten anything because I don't like to eat first thing so I had this juice blend thing at a shop, then went to hit the gym around 1pm. It was so fucking hot and I was running low on energy that I felt like I couldn't give my workout my 110%. I tried to do less sets/reps or lowering the weight and drinking water, but after a little while, I had to go home and eat lolz. Moral of the story: wake up early and have a meal at least an hour before working out. But I did fuck up my sleep schedule over the weekend, so I'm trying to recover. My arms are still a bit sore so I guess I still did something at the gym lolz. Anyways, I'm doing legs today, and going to the gym tomorrow to try out the abs machines. Wish me luck then!
