Don't you just love legs day? You get to see a lot of cheeks lolz. I mean, they do work out the thighs and butt xD For today's exercises, I did deadlifts, reverse lunges, and lateral lunges. I felt these were the best to umm back dat ass up haha. I'm still doing 3 sets of 10 reps when it comes to each exercise, whether I'm doing them at home or at the gym. So even if I don't do all of them in the clips (because I feel like it'd get boring to watch), I do finish the sets off video. I am aiming to either up the sets or the reps, but I'm still trying to get the hang of what exercises I feel work best for me and whatnot. Hence, using different exercises for each Workout Wednesday. Have you noticed I've mostly done different exercises each time?
