Lolz anyways, for today, I decided to go with exercises you can do in your chair since I'm sure we're all in the same or similar boat of being home most of the time. So we're starting with 3 exercises: side-to-front biceps curls, overhead triceps extensions, and figure 8s. I show 10 reps to complete 1 set for each one on video. Of course, you can modify these and do as many sets and reps as you like. Usually when I'm first trying out an exercise, I like to round it to 3 sets of 10 reps depending on the weight. If I feel I have energy to do more sets, I do up to 5 sets to still have energy to do the rest of the workout. From there, I up the weight gradually as I get comfortable. Yes, I struggled with these exercises using my smaller weights, but 2 of them I've never tried before. I'm still experimenting with different types and adding some to my rotation of exercises for my workouts; ones that I feel I can do well and target the muscles I'm trying to build. Doing an exercise wrong or not being comfortable with it can have a negative result. Testing it out and imagining which muscle you want to build can help you figure out if that particular exercise is right for you.
