We might have to start from the bottom again to get a good foundation xD I did have to modify some of these because it just wasn't working out, but you can still try the original ones if you like: - **Panther Shoulder Taps**: make sure to tighten your core when doing these - **Butterfly Sit-Ups (Modified to Butterfly Crunches)**: either way this works your core so I'd say do whichever you can or are comfortable with - **Side Bend (Modified to Half Side Bend)**: you can do my modified way to start and once you build up that arm muscle, do the regular side bend
