

Welcome back to Workout Wednesday! We're focusing on arms! Oh man, last week, I tried working on arms/core at the gym (I was mostly doing some at home) and I put more weight, did less sets. My arms were in recovery mode for like 5 days lmao. I don't usually combine arms with core, but I wanted to get more out of going to the gym. Before, I would rotate workouts every week depending on what I was doing for Workout Wednesday. For example, this week I'm doing arms. I normally would have filmed it over the weekend and do legs on Tuesday, core/back on Thursday so by the time I have to work on legs for next week, they wouldn't recovered by the weekend. Get it? But last week I decided to combine workouts: arm/core and legs/back. So when I did a lot last Thursday for arms/core, I didn't have the strength back to film/shoot arms for today. Hence, why I did arms today and am posting late lolz.
