Switch sides in one smooth motion. **V-Sits** Focuses on abs, hip flexors, and back. You can use a Pilates ring if you have one for maximum upper body strength by squeezing it. Don't worry if your body makes more of a U than a V; you can work your way up as you practice. U is better for holding the position, V is good if you want it similar to crunches. **Scissors** Focuses on obliques, hips, glutes, and inner thighs. Make sure that you start with your legs 6 inches off the bed and return to that position each rep. Go slowly for maximum intensity. Btw, if the audio sounds shit, it's because it is and I wasn't able to fix it at the time of editing lolz. I was trying to get used to the new headset, but for some reason it had this echo-y quality to it; like if I was listening to something on the other side of a large, empty room. It was so weird. So I couldn't tell if the audio in the videos for today were good or not. I had tried looking for a solution, and after searching for a while, I found a video from Linus Tech Tips lolz. Apparently, it is a great headset, but the factory tune is pretty shitty. Thankfully, they had some EQ settings they showed that make the headset sound more normal, and now I'm able to actually get used to it. Basically, I found the solution a bit late as a "no way does this expensive headset sound so bad" research. So I wasn't able to edit today's videos to make them sound ok, especially since they have music in them, since I had found the solution after. But hopefully, tomorrow's videos sound good lolz.
