And I have an idea for something in the last clip. **Fold Over Stretch** Honestly didn't know if I was doing this one right lolz. But try your best and do what feels right and what gives you the best stretch. Hold for as long as you can/like; repeat with the other leg. **Seated Forward Bend** This is similar to the Standing Forward Bend where you just try to touch your toes or wrap your arms around your legs as you bend. You can do either one seated. If you're trying to touch your toes, do it slowly and reach further with each exhale. **Bed-to-Floor Stretch** This is such a good morning stretch, because it not only balances you and prevents you from getting dizzy when you jump out of bed, but because it can give you a really great back stretch without trying to break your back. You can widen your legs and reach out your hands more for maximum stretch. I wonder if anyone reads my tips for each exercise and stretch. Either way, it's also for me to keep track of my progress and how to better perform each workout; like a workout journal! But thank you to those that do watch, listen, and read my Workout Wednesday posts, and I'm super happy to have encouraged peeps to workout with me. This goal is to make next Workout Wednesday also nude. I might try something a little different for cardio. Normally, I do Just Dance, but I might do that plus some freestyle. We'll see. Saturday's stream will be a test to see if anyone is interested :) Also, for contributors, I want to try something new and do a secret workout routine with you.
