Repeat until you can't go any further, and hold for 30 seconds. Do the same for the other leg. - Reverse Triconasana [New]: Use a wall to balance yourself if you need to. Hold the final position for 30 seconds. Repeat on other leg. - Thigh and Quad Stretch [New]: Start in a lunge position to get into this new one. You'll use one arm for balancing and the other hand to stretch the opposite leg. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on other leg. The new stretches are a little hard to do but it'll get easier with practice~ Hope you guys enjoyed today's Workout Wednesday!
