Time for exercises! If you're a feet person, you'll like today's workout ;) - Bicycle Crunches: Focuses on abs. Smoothly switch between legs to continuously engage your core. 3 sets, 10 reps each. - Side Planks: Focuses on obliques. You can do this with your arm extended or bent depending on comfort. Hold for at least 30 seconds, then switch sides. You can also try this as dips. - Superman [New]: Focuses on lower back. You can do this as sets/reps or holds, or a mix of both. 3 sets, 10 reps, 3-second holds. I honestly don't remember if I have shown the Superman exercise here before. I might be confusing myself with also having to film it when I had my gym class spring of last year lolz. Weird times O.o I was taking a weight training class in the spring before covid hit, and it was going pretty well. It was the first time I was in a gym and I had no fucking clue how any of the machines worked, not that we used a lot of them because covid hit. Then we had to transition to doing workouts from home, and to show proof we were working out to get a good grade, we had to film ourselves O.o It helped with accountability, kind of like how I'm doing it now, but it was really fucking weird at the time lolz.
