Put on a timer of 30 seconds to 1 minute, and inhale for cat, hold, exhale for cow, hold, repeat. - Sphinx Pose [New]: Focuses on lower back. Pretty easy peasy. Hold for 30 seconds, and do as many as you'd like. Big inhales help for a bigger stretch. - Piriformis Stretch: Focuses on piriformis and glutes. You can use your hands to hold your thigh or use a towel/sheet you can wrap around to help. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat on other leg. You can also try this standing up. The Sphinx pose will definitely be one that I keep in my stretches rotation. It felt so good and I was able to crack my back with it lolz. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you again to those that made today's workout be in the nude.
