Now for the arm stretches! Stretches performed: - Overhead Triceps Stretch: Targets triceps and shoulders. Put one hand over your back and use the other hand to pull on the arm. Hold for at least 15 seconds then switch sides. - Standing Biceps Stretch: Targets biceps, chest, and shoulders. You can use a wall or any surface. You can probably try this laying down as well although I think that might be a bit difficult lolz. Hold for at least 15 seconds then switch sides. - Cow Face Pose or Gomukhasana [NEW]: Targets shoulders, armpits, triceps, and chest.
