

✨ One of my biggest struggles when I started to meditate was how to stay present during the meditation. Our minds are blazingly fast, and you can jump from thing to thing more than once a second, this is why meditation is such a powerful tool to become a superhuman! I put 100% focus into my two breaths, and I treat that as the barrier between my regular and meditative states. When I feel myself leaving the present, I take my two breaths and enter it once again. Counting the breath brings you back to your breath. Acknowledging that your mind has wandered and then coming back to your breath is the easiest way to stay present, as you continue to practice I promise it gets easier and soon you'll be sitting in a 30 minute mediation like its nothing 😉 xx Meg
