

✨ Mondays are a great time to start a weekly affirmation! What are affirmations you may wonder? Affirmations are a self-help strategy used to promote self-confidence and belief in your own abilities. You have probably used affirmations in your life with out even knowing. Regular repetition of affirming statements about yourself can encourage your brain to take these positive affirmations as fact. When you truly believe you can do something, your actions often follow. Once I started using affirmations my life changed dramatically! This week I am using "Everything is always working out for me", when I am running late because of traffic, I repeat "Everything is always working out for me."
