(A custom video is one where I say your name so it's exclusively for you, or a video which is so niche I can't post it for general consumption). The reason for this change is twofold. It allows you to request a short exclusive personalised for as little as $10 not the $30 minimum as previously. If you want a longer video, say more of a storyline etc the price will go up accordingly.
