I’ve always felt like I’m here to only serve men with their needs and never to put my own pleasure first… but as I grow older I’m learning that is just people pleasing and self sabotaging… I deserve to feel good and pleasurable in my body because that is why we were designed to feel it in the first place! Shame & guilt play big roles and they can shut our ability to receive joy and pleasure OFF! I am not shameful to be in pleasure and love myself more than I ever have before… thanks for being on this self love journey with me… I hope my being invites frequency of love, sensuality and safety to you!
