A lot of you keep asking me, what I eat , how many times and how to eat a lot and stay fitπŸ˜‹ ! I’m naturally skinny, yes, BUT , I still need to keep my body in a good shape !!! So here’s my secrets & tips πŸ€“ βœ… My diet is about 'PROPER TIMING and the PROPER AMOUNT!' 1) I eat every 3-4 hours! Small portioned meals! πŸ₯˜ 2) Usually I don't eat carbs after 12pm (most of the time, only in the morning) but I eat CHOCOLATE 🍫 (dark 75-90%) & sometimes other sweets with black coffee β˜•οΈ. Because l love chocolate so much!πŸ˜‹ l can't NOT EAT it, but it's better in the morning than AT NIGHT + 0atmeal or cottage cheese with berries πŸ‡! Yaamm!! 🀀 -3) I eat A LOT of any type of vegetablesπŸ₯¦πŸ†πŸ₯•, saladsπŸ₯¬πŸ₯’ πŸ₯—(not grains, not mayonnaise sauce) with any type of proteinπŸ–πŸ— . 4) I drink LOTS of water πŸ’¦ during the day!! (do not mix it with foodπŸ˜‰) Don’t add any sugar to your coffee β˜•οΈ or tea πŸ˜‰ Just try to skip adding sugar for one week !! And see what happened!☺️ Try to drink a lot of fruit smoothies, natural juices ( Don’t drink juices from grocery stores , there are lot of sugar there πŸ˜’) 5) I loveee fruits πŸŒπŸ‰πŸ…πŸ₯ but not at night πŸŒ™! The most important thing is I DON'T EAT AT NIGHT!!✨ I try to stop eating 3 hours before I go to sleep πŸ’€ and usually I have a light dinner!
