I have someone coming out in the morning to pinpoint exactly where the leak is to determine what has to be dug up or ripped out. They think it’s in the foundation. The diagnostic is $440 and I don’t even want to know what the repair itself is going to be 🙃 I’m going back to pretending this is a non-issue until they give me news tomorrow!
