IT’S MY FREAKING BIRTHDAY WEEK!!! 🎂💖🎉🥳 I’ve been so consumed by my pipe leak (oh yeah, it’s under my concrete slab foundation, under my kitchen cabinets btw… the plumber is scheduled to come break through my floors and foundation tomorrow. The alternative was completely replumbing my entire house, which would be $5-$6k before any drywall/tiling jobs 🫠), my sister and her kids moving out of my house, my dad heading back to NY for the summer, and putting a house on the market for my fam that I totally lost track of time and didn’t even realize… How in the heck?! I have to figure out how we’re celebrating immediately!!
