So sit back relax and listen to some great 60’s Rock while I try and bartend! John Collins: 50 ml Rum (John) or Gin (Tom) 25 ml lemon juice 25 ml simple syrup 125 ml soda water 1 Lemon peel Bramble: 50 ml Gin 25 ml Lemon Juice 2 bar spoons of simple syrup 2 bar spoons of blackberry liqueur Ice Blackberries Lemon peel
