Added 2021-12-03 06:22:19 +0000 UTCBOWSETTE COSPLAY PROGRESS After cutting all the pieces of foam together for the shell, I glue the pieces together with contact cement. I wait until the glue gets nearly dry so it becomes tacky, then stick the corresponding edges together. I do my best to line up the registration marks (not 100% required since I’ll just trim off the excess edges at the end) as I’m sticking them together. After all the pieces are glued together, I trim the edges to create a smooth edge. I also shape the foam using a heat gun to create a more oval shell shape rather than a spherical shape.
