













Realistic what I eat in a day (weekday edition) ⭐ Yesterday I documented nearly everything I ate in a day that I would consider a non-stuffing day. The photos are in order from morning to night if you would like to compare empty/stuffed. Despite this being a non-stuffing day, the eggnog left me unable to move just before bed. Everything I ate: 3 donuts and iced coffee (930 calories), McDonalds meal (1720), Reese's Cups and milk (570), Ravioli dinner with 2 cans of Sprite (1690), Quart of eggnog (1360) Total: 6270 calories
