But this past month has been a total roller coaster of emotions ... beginning with my mental need for a break from the computer after half a decade of non-stop work, then with the controversy over travelling during the pandemic (travel is a huge part of my identity and life and I will not let anything stop me from travelling) but the hate that I received over it on social media particularly at the end of December / beginning of January has been really intense ... Then my mom ended up in the hospital with a bacterial infection ... and then, despite the fact that bacterial infections are not contagious, I ended up in the hospital myself with a similar type of infection and even more intense ... Despite ALL OF THAT, nothing touched my heart more than all of the wishes that I have received on my birthday! On January 18th! And nothing touches my heart more than all of you lovely people who care about me and have been concerned about how I have been doing! Finally, I am feeling WONDERFUL! So so happy and thankful to be alive and excited to make more posts for you! I am thinking of going live within an hour or so!!! WHO WANTS TO GO LIVE WITH ME? ❤️❤️❤️ SO SO MUCH LOVE! Polina
